Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp. Senior Technician Joe Galemback tightens the final bolt to complete the installation of the flight Remote Interface Unit (RIU) on the Deep Impact Impactor spacecraft. The Impactor is now fully assembled and electrically integrated (through the Spacecraft Control Unit (SCU), and the Scalable Inertial Reference Unit (SIRU) are engineering models (EMs)), and is now supporting system level integration and test activities.
